Digital Services Policy
Due to the nature of BTS Designs offering digital and custom design services, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been made or work has begun.
Payments
Full payment is required at checkout before any project begins.
By purchasing from BTS Designs, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
Refunds
All sales are final.
Because all services are custom-made and digital, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including after:
- Project work has started
- Design concepts have been created
- Revisions have been provided
- Final files have been delivered

Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a project; however:
- Payments already made are non-refundable
- Any completed work remains property of BTS Designs unless otherwise agreed
- Projects abandoned by the client for an extended period may be closed without refund
Revisions Instead of Returns
Since we do not offer returns or refunds, revisions are provided to help ensure client satisfaction.
Each project includes up to 2 revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may require an extra fee.
Issues & Concerns
Please review all proofs, drafts, and final files carefully before approval. If there is an issue with your order, contact us promptly so we can work toward a professional resolution.
Exceptions
All services are custom, made-to-order, and digital in nature; therefore, they are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from BTS Designs, you agree to contact us first before initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and fairly.
Unauthorized chargebacks for completed or delivered work may result in refusal of future services.
